Arkansas State University Housing has sent out several emails to students describing the changes in the housing situation for the 2020-2021 school year. Do you understand the policy or is it still confusing?

Out of 13 participants, zero said they understood the policy, 11 said the policy was confusing, and two said the policy did not apply to them or they did not receive the emails.
