Arkansas State Volleyball is off to a great start this season with a 7-2 record going into the weekend.

The Red Wolves take on Western Illinois (2-6), Lindenwood (4-5), and Missouri State (4-5) in the Bear Invitational in Springfield, MO. In the off-season the Red Wolves picked up 9 newcomers, 8 of them being freshmen, and with the return of Senior Middle Blocker, Brianna Hollingshed, who leads the team in blocks per game, the Red Wolves have seen a lot of success this season.

Not only have they added additions to their roster, the Red Wolves have added Assistant Coach and former ASU volleyball great, Carlisa May, to its coaching staff. The Red Wolves start their tournament weekend off this Friday at 10am vs. Western Illinois.
