Camryn Ross of North Little Rock was crowned Miss Arkansas State University 2024 in the 49th edition of the scholarship competition, held Thursday evening in Riceland Hall at Fowler Center on the A-State campus.
Ross captured the title with her jazz dance to “Hey Pachuco!” Her community service initiative is “The Fight to Win the Fight: Domestic Violence Awareness.” The senior exercise science major also was the winner of the People’s Choice Award and the Talent Award. Among her many prizes, Ross received a $5,000 scholarship from Arkansas State University.
The first runner-up was Zhania Hall of Bryant, a senior nursing major, whose community service initiative is “Restart the Heart.” Her talent performance was an original monologue.
Audriann Mae Wolfe of Enola, a laboratory sciences major, was second runner-up and was named Miss Congeniality. Her community service initiative is “Persevering Through P.O.T.S.”
Mary-Keaton Render of Pine Bluff, a sophomore social work major, was third runner-up. Her community service initiative is “Promoting the Pantry: Combating food insecurity on college campuses.”
