Campus Crime Oct. 2

Sept. 26 | 6:30 p.m.

Officer Heidi Custodio responded to 113 Dean St. in reference to a private property accident. Custadio made contact with Victim upon arrival and had her fill out an accident exchange form and give a voluntary statement. After reviewing footage of the incident Custado saw a silver Ford Edge hit Victims vehicle at about 5:18 p.m. Suspect got out of the vehicle and looked at the damage to her and Victims vehicle before proceeding to park in a different spot. 

Sept. 25 | 1:30 p.m.

Corporal Jeremy Oswalt responded to the intersection of Aggie Road and Marion Berry Parkway in reference to a parking lot incident. Oswalt met with Complaint and Victim upon arrival. Complainant said he was backing out of a parking spot when Victim, speeding through the parking lot, struck his vehicle with hers. Victim said she was traveling west, when Complainant backed out of a parking spot, causing her to collide into his vehicle with hers. Upon review of the security footage of the incident, Oswalt was able to determine that Victim was not speeding. He was also able to determine that Complainant was attempting to back out of the parking spot and that Victim swerved in an attempt to avoid the collision but was unable to do so.

Sept. 25 | 2:59 a.m.

Officer Alexander Donohue initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling south at the intersection of Alumni Boulevard and Red Wolf Boulevard. Upon making contact with the driver, Arrestee provided all required documentation. When running Arrestee’s information through dispatch Donohue found his license was suspended and informed Arrestee that he had to let the passenger drive as she had a valid driver’s license. Arrestee was cited and released for driving on a suspended license and failing to register his vehicle.
